Building Passive Income Online through Affiliate Marketing

How I love to read books and Rich Dad, Poor Dad Book by Robert Kiyosaki is one of my favorite books about ‘financial literacy”. What strikes me most is what the Rich Dad says that “The Key to Financial Freedom and Great Wealth is a person's ability or skill to convert earned income into passive income and or portfolio income." There is no harm in trying, so join me as I venture into creating my own passive income through affiliate marketing.

What is Passive Income? Wikipedia says that it is an income Received on A regular Basis with little effort required to maintain it. There are actually many resources of passive income and one of the ways is through Affiliate Marketing. Affiliate marketing is basically referring products or services to individuals in order for you to get a commission. It is just like selling Avon and you get a 25% commission.
I have not enjoyed the fruits completely but it is good to know that there is something I have to look forward to. Here are some of the activities of affiliation that I have tried:

1. Odesk Affiliate Program

You will earn $50 commission once your referred person earns $1000 working from
Odesk. For this one, I got $200 from 4 referred persons.

2. Online Pharmacy Affiliate Program

The products sold here are medicines like Tramadol, Soma, Fioricet and many more. You may visit this website for more details:www.cheapest-fioricet.com/.

I haven't received the commission yet since the company has set $2000 minimum amount for wire money transfer. So I need to generate more sales before I get my commission.

3. ClickBank.com

The products here varies ,so you will have to choose what products you are mostly interested of. Please visit www.shopfromaffiliate.org for the products which I choose to market.

The same with my online pharmacy website, no commissions yet were received since there are some thresholds that needs to be followed before enjoying the fruits of labor.

Hope this helps ....until then...on my next post :)
