What Am I Longing For? Something To Sustain Me

What am I really longing for? I want to fully experience a more intimate relationship with my LORD and SAVIOR. How? Crave for GOD’s word!
Often times when something popped into my mind, my reply will always be “Is that you Lord?” Is this what you really want me to do? I end up being confused and a result I got frustrated (although I know that this should not be) to the point that I do not want to pursue GOD anymore as its giving me a headache and I always failed HIM. But thank you LORD that you reminded me that “A thousand times I’ve failed still his mercy remains, and should I stumble again I am caught in his grace”.

You might get success in your career, life, family but if you do not have the word of GOD your life remains empty.

What does the word of GOD do To me?
1. Something To Sustain Me
2. Something To Change Me
3. Something That Makes Me Grow


SOMETHING TO SUSTAIN ME
1. We are nourished by God’s word.
Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God. Matthew 4: 4
• Allow the word of GOD to speak life to us. This is something that we need for life.

2. We are upheld by his word.

The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. Hebrews 1:3

If I want to fully experience the word in my LIFE , then I should start to Treasure the word by putting the word into my system.

3. Speak The Word of GOD
